I’ve been trying to reduce porn and tracking it for a little under six months and have felt so trapped by the pattern. Sure I would have good days but they are not consistent at all. But recently I’ve had a clean streak that frankly is not just my strongest since I’ve started recording but my strongest in likely years. 7-8 ish years to be a little more specific. Current clean streak is four days.
