Looking for some insight on this job role. Currently I am an outside operator at a refinery, have a degree and previously worked some logistics. Wondering what work life looks like with this job typically? As an operator my schedule is all over, either tons of time off or no time off and switching from nights and days, feeling groggy and tired. I also am wondering what the movement looks like if any, let’s say in 5 years or so. Or could it lead into me transitioning into anything else?
