Appreciation to anyone taking their time to read.

"We've passed response to the restaurant" when the restaurant isn't at fault

Driver clearly multi-apping as I watch him sit still for 15 minutes to then drive away from my address.

Being told to wait until I have no option to reorder food.

Being passed over for immediate response to be then told 6 to 12 hours.

This app has become a joke, I will be refunding the money through the bank and deleting the app.

Uber is completely crap now.

Honestly, I think the era of these delivery apps is nearing there end.

As someone with severe anxiety, this have a been a lifeline.

But regularly having to wait over an hour while drivers deliver multiple deliveries to end up with cold food.

This app is infuriating.
