I would love a return to campiness
I am a big fan of this franchise. Even my least favourite instalments were mostly enjoyable.
But I feel that it's possible to have a balance of stakes and seriousness while ramping up the campiness a little more. There was something magical about the first 4 Scream films. And I'm missing that feeling.
Surely there's a way to inject more "light" into these films again?
I think when the world is so bleak, not all art needs to be equally bleak. Don't get me wrong, my list of all-time favourites is a mix of dark and light. But a lot of recent sequels I've seen in various franchises have leaned into bleakness.
Even Devil Wears Prada 2 was a huge disappointment. As a recent example that felt bleak in every way.
The lighting, the colour-grading, the general direction of recent films... why does it seem like filmmakers are afraid of fun?
Anyone with the vinyl soundtrack?
Is anyone with the vinyl soundtrack willing to scan the booklet that was included and share it with those of us who weren't able to get the vinyl release, please?
I know it's not the same as owning the actual set but it would be great to see the booklet in some form.
Guides for the Solo Battle Tasks?
I want to finish all the solo battle tasks to get more shop tickets. Can someone please share a good, updated source to help me get them all done?
It would be preferable if it makes use of recently released cards too, where applicable.
Hate that I love this show...
Ever since streaming became a thing, and since the rise of limited series, when I start enjoying a quality series with 10 or less episodes per season, there are these huge gaps between seasons. Either something gets cancelled or the wait is so long.
The only exception to this has been Only Murders in the Building which has a new season on a yearly basis.
Getting into shows these days feels kind of tiresome(?), for lack of a better word.
Love Pluribus. Hate that we don't have a clear idea of when season 2 will start production.
Which card/s do you irrationally hate?
For me, it's two at the moment...

Snom. I have a lot of missed Wonder Picks where it ended up being a Snom instead of a cool card.

And I cannot stand Varoom.
Sorting?
Why can we still not sort friends... alphabetically, by date added, by level etc.? How does a basic feature like that not exist?
On a rewatch... (Lilith)
I really, really don't like how they are dragging the Lilith reveal. It feels like it's going to be such a let down when she's finally properly introduced.

The recycled cliffhanger made me groan the first time and it didn't age well on a rewatch.

I don't know if we have confirmation yet on who's playing her but I might be one of the few who really hopes it's not Lady Gaga. She's fantastic as a musical artist but I really struggle with her as an actress. I never feel connected to her performances.

Anyway, that's my Lilith tangent. I guess I'm just concerned. Love the show. Love Lady Gaga as a singer. But I really hope that Lilith is handled well and is not dragged out even more in season 3.
I messed up...
I started keeping a bullet journal at the start of this year. But I didn't do anything in my journal in April and May. I'm trying to figure out why... I think it might partially be exhaustion and my mental health. I felt a bit of shame after gambling birthday money away and I've just generally been feeling bad about myself (my job is not amazing, I am overweight etc.).
Should I just do a 2 page spread for those months and reflect on any highlights and low points?
I'm a bit bummed out that I don't have April and May properly set up. It makes me feel bad about myself and also kind of annoys me because when I have creative/organisational outlets like this, I tend to want to be "perfect."
Have any of you experienced gaps in journalling? And how did you handle it?
