PNC Fraud Department slow response
Recently had to close my account because of a scam. I have spent a total of 2 hours on hold with this department either when I call or when our branch manager calls them. The fraud department has to re-open my on-line banking. The latest Fraud Dept employee took my information and then said please wait a minute. And now I am on hold for 30 minutes again!
