Most recent performances of Remission (2002)

Hello! I've been doing these lists for bands I like and now I'm doing Mastodon! I've already covered Breaking Benjamin, Thrice and Deftones. The stats are from setlist.fm so any inaccuracies are from that site and I apologize if it is inaccurate. But I'm excited to dive in! Will also include the amount of times each song has been performed over the years.

Crusher Destroyer: September 2, 2023 at Fiddler's Green Ampitheater in Greenwood Village, CO (128 times)

March of the Fire Ants: November 3, 2023 at Headbangers Boat 2023 (558 times)

Workhorse: May 3, 2005 at Bottom Lounge, Chicago, IL (37 times)

Ol'e Nessie: July 2, 2015 at Roskilde Festival 2015 (93 times)

Burning Man: July 27, 2004 at The Theater of Living Arts, Philadelphia, PA (6 times)

Trilobite: March 31, 2018 at The Trusts Arena, Auckland, New Zealand (7 times)

Mother Puncher: April 25, 2026 at Sick New World 2026 (620 times)

Elephant Man: July 15, 2021 at Georgia Aquarium, Atlanta, GA (1 time)

And there we have it! I love the contrast between Mother Puncher and Elephant Man being the most played song and the least played song. Funny and awesome that the only time Elephant Man has been played was at an aquarium lmao, such a Mastodon thing to do.

And there we have it! Again I apologize for the wait and delay on getting this, but I hope I made up for it by finally getting it out. Very interesting list, I had no idea they were so fond of Weezer and used to cover them so much. Or maybe I did and I just forgot, but still wild to think about. The fact they covered Eminem too is crazy lmao. There's people out there that have seen the one time Deftones have covered Eminem.

Anyway, thank you all for reading these and commenting! These series on these bands have been fun and I have quite a few more to go! But now I can say I've completed my Deftones run.

And there we have it! Kind of a wild contrast from Ohms where this album has been mostly played except for two songs as opposed to like, 6 or so songs from Ohms have never been played. And I apologize if this one's a little boring from how all the ones that have been played have the same answer lmao. Makes sense though.

u/BloomAndBreathe — 11 days ago

Most recent performances of Ohms (2020)

Time to finally tackle Ohms! I know from commenters on other posts that this one was going to be a bit of a letdown, but I've been pretty committed thus far so here we go.

Genesis: May 6, 2026 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, Australia (149 times)

Ceremony: November 1, 2025 at Dia De Los Deftones 2025 (2 times)

Urantia: Never performed live

Pompeji: Never performed live

This Link Is Dead: Never performed live

Radiant City: Never performed live

Headless: Never performed live

Ohms: May 28, 2024 at La Riviera, Madrid, Spain (56 times)

Well, there we have it. This one was way easier to fill out than it should've been, lmao. Damn shame too. I would love to hear Urantia, Spell of Mathematics, Radiant City and Headless live for sure. Hopefully someday they bring those to a setlist.

Most recent performances of Gore (2016)

Hello again. Sorry about the gap between, been busy. But now it's time for the seventh album. Per setlist.fm of course as always, and will also include the place it was performed and the amount of times over the years!

Prayers/Triangles: April 9, 2025 at Prudential Center, Newark, NJ (99 times)

Acid Hologram: May 3, 2017 at L'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix, Paris, France (20 times)

Doomed User: April 18, 2017 at Planet.tt Bank, Austria Halle Gasometer, Vienna, Austria (6 times)

Geometric Headdress: May 9, 2017 at Vicar Street, Dublin, Ireland (20 times)

Gore: May 29, 2018 at Teatro Coliseo, Santiago, Chile (48 times)

Phantom Bride: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (35 times)

Rubicon: May 30, 2018 at Teatro Coliseo, Santiago, Chile (27 times)

And there we have it! Kind of a bummer one to be honest. I know this album isn't all that popular with fans, but I think it's at least okay. I like Doomed User, Geometric Headdress, Pittura Infamante, Xenon and Phantom Bride well enough. Kinda wild they've never played those two songs live though

Back at it again for the seventh album! This is one of my absolute favorites and I'm very excited to see what songs get played and which ones have been left to the ether. Per setlist.fm and also includes the amount of times each song has been performed over the years along with where in the world.

Swerve City: May 3, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (427 times)

Romantic Dreams: November 2, 2019 at Dia De Los Deftones 2019 (7 times)

Leathers: October 12, 2012 at Roseland Theater, Portland, OR (5 times)

Poltergeist: September 10, 2014 at Pepsi Center WTC, Mexico City, Mexico (132 times)

Entombed: May 3, 2026 Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (49 times)

Graphic Nature: Never performed live

Tempest: May 2, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (322 times)

Gauze: August 31, 2019 at Pasadena Daydream Festival 2019 (1 time)

Rosemary: May 3, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (386 times)

Goon Squad: November 5, 2022 at Dia De Los Deftones 2022 (1 time)

What Happened to You?: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (29 times)

And there we have it! No surprise there on what the top songs are, though I'm surprised Poltergeist is as high as it is, and I'm happy about that because it's a great song. I wish Gauze was played more, that's an amazing one and one of my favorites from that album.

u/BloomAndBreathe — 16 days ago

Sixth album time! I forgot to acknowledge on the last one that it was the last album to feature Chi Cheng (RIP) and I apologize for not doing so. But now we're onto the first album in their second era, with one of the best hopecore albums out there in my opinion. Let's get into it!

Diamond Eyes: May 2, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (671 times)

Royal: May 30, 2024 Primavera Sound 2024 (83 times)

CMND/CTRL: March 10, 2013 at Wellmont Theater, Montclair, NJ (93 times)

You've Seen the Butcher: September 5, 2025 at Rogers Stadium, Toronto, ON, Canada (434 times)

Beauty School: May 2, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (123 times)

Prince: November 2, 2019 at Dia De Los Deftones 2019 (172 times)

Rocket Skates: May 3, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (684 times)

Sextape: May 2, 2026 at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (431 times)

Risk: September 3, 2011 at Arena Moscow, Moscow, Russia (77 times)

976-EVIL: November 2, 2024 at Dia De Los Deftones 2024 (3 times)

This Place Is Death: May 4, 2010 at Trees, Dallas, TX (1 time)

And that's a wrap! I'm actually sort of surprised that Rocket Skates has the most plays, just because I expected it to be You've Seen the Butcher or the title track lmao. At least most of the album has been played within the last decade though, I desperately need them to bring CMND/CTRL back live just to hear Chino scream "Bitch you're barbaric King Kong get some".

Also, Risk and This Place Is Death not being played in 15 years!? And This Place Is Death only ever getting one performance? That's fucking criminal. Those songs are incredible.

u/BloomAndBreathe — 18 days ago

And now for the fifth album, their weirdest and most out there one in my opinion, and the one that's rooted, just like self-titled, in the darkest era of this band. An era where Deftones weren't sure if they were going to even continue being a band. Thankfully that turned out to be wrong though. Let's get into it!

Will also include the amount of times each song has been performed live and where in the world!

Hole in the Earth: May 2, 2026 at Oudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (282 times)

Rapture: November 2, 2024 at Dia De Los Deftones 2024 (20 times)

Beware: November 2, 2024 at Dia De Los Deftones 2024 (258 times)

Cherry Waves: May 2, 2026 at Oudos Bank Arena, Sydney, Australia (168 times)

Mein: June 4, 2007 at 9:30 Club, Washington, DC (19 times)

U,U,D,D,L,R,L,R,A,B,Select,Start: Never performed live

Xerces: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (93 times)

Rats!Rats!Rats!: September 19, 2008 at The Majestic Ventura Theater, Ventura, CA (72 times)

Pink Cellphone: Never performed live

Combat: May 30, 2024 at Primavera Sound 2024 (5 times)

Kimdracula: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (130 times)

Riviére: May 29, 2018 at Teatro Coliseo, Santiago, Chile (57 times)

And there we have it! Good to see that Cherry Waves, Beware and Kimdracula get played a decent amount as they're my favorite songs off this album and the ones I listen to the most. I'll be honest I don't listen to a lot of songs off this album, not that I think it's bad or anything, just not my favorite of their output personally.

Kinda crazy they haven't performed Mein or Rats!Rats!Rats! live in almost 20 years either, especially Mein, that seems like one of those songs that wouldn't be a live staple but one they bust out every now and then to change it up.

I am absolutely not all that surprised that Pink Cellphone has never been performed live, but I feel like it would be fine live as long as they didn't play the... very interesting second half of the song, to say the least.

But anyway, thank you to everyone that reads these and finds them interesting. It means the most and I love doing them. I might do a couple more albums later if I can since I have a lot of free time right now lol but we'll see.

u/BloomAndBreathe — 18 days ago

Back at it again! Per setlist.fm and also includes the amount of times each song has been played live and where! Very curious about this one because I never really hear about a lot of songs from this album being played live

Hexagram: November 2, 2024 at Dia De Los Deftones 2024 (328 times)

Needles and Pins: August 17, 2024 at Golden Gate Park Polo Field, San Francisco, CA (60 times)

Minerva: September 5, 2025 at Rogers Stadium, Toronto, ON, Canada (449 times)

Good Morning Beautiful: March 26, 2007 at Docks, Hamburg, Germany (12 times)

Deathblow: December 9, 2003 at Saltair, Magna, UT (6 times)

When Girls Telephone Boys: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (132 times)

Battle-axe: June 22, 2018 at Copenhell 2018 (48 times)

Lucky You: Never performed live

Bloody Cape: March 5, 2025 at Kia Forum, Inglewood, CA (446 times)

Anniversary of an Uninteresting Event: November 19, 2009 at Avalon, Los Angeles, CA (1 time)

Moana: September 28, 2004 at House of Blues, West Hollywood, CA (2 times)

And there we have it! At least they give a decent chunk of the album it's due live still, but only 5 songs being played live as recent as a few years ago is wild. I hope they bring Good Morning Beautiful and Deathblow back to a setlist, I love those songs. Kinda crazy that Lucky You has never been performed as well but I kinda get it, if my memory serves I'm pretty sure that song is a polarizing one lol. I personally think it's alright if a little boring. Hopefully they bring back Moana one day too

u/BloomAndBreathe — 20 days ago

Hello! Time for the big one. The one that changed everything and broadened their sound. I hope this isn't like, controversial or anything, but I'll be doing the version that has Back to School, but I'm using the original cover because I find it more interesting looking than the reissue one that's just the white background. Just my opinion!

Per setlist.fm same as before and will also include the total amount of times each song has been performed over the years along with the venue and location. I keep forgetting to add that last part but I finally did!

Back to School (Mini Maggit): December 2, 2022 at Good Things Melbourne 2022 (250 times)

Feiticeira: March 29, 2026 at Palacio de los Deportes, Mexico City, Mexico (731 times)

Digital Bath: March 29, 2026 at Palacio de los Deportes, Mexico City, Mexico (923 times)

Elite: May 13, 2023 at Sick New World 2023 (281 times)

Rx Queen: November 2, 2024 at Dia De Los Deftones 2024 (117 times)

Street Carp: November 1, 2025 at Dia De Los Deftones 2025 (27 times)

Teenager: November 1, 2013 at Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, CA (58 times)

Knife Prty: June 13, 2022 at O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, England (522 times)

Korea: November 4, 2023 at Dia De Los Deftones 2023 (405 times)

Passenger: August 3, 2024 at Lollapalooza 2024 (454 times)

Change (In the House of Flies): March 29, 2026 at Palacio de los Deportes, Mexico City, Mexico (1,226 times)

Pink Maggit: May 24, 2000 at Phoenix Theatre, Petaluma, CA (33 times)

And there we have it! I debated including The Boy's Republic since it's listed on the site as part of the album, but I think I'll save it for when I go through all their b-sides and other obscure songs. But if enough people want me to include it here I'll add it!

Anyway, no surprise on what the most played songs are, crazy that Teenager and Pink Maggit haven't been played for as long as they have, but also kinda makes sense due to them being slower songs, and when you're performing live you want the high energy material. I'm surprised Feiticeira has been played as much as it has, I would've thought that would be one they only bust out every so often, same with Korea. The others make sense as to why they're so high/low, although I'm surprised at how low Street Carp is. And Knife Prty having more plays than Passenger is kinda crazy to think about!

u/BloomAndBreathe — 21 days ago

Back at it again! Time to cover the first of their biggest albums! All per setlist.fm and will also include the total amount of times each song has been performed over the years!

My Own Summer (Shove It): March 29, 2026 at Palacio de los Deportes, Mexico City, Mexico (1,406 times total)

Bong Hit: May 26, 2022 at /u/hoopstick's apartment (1 time)

Damone: June 19, 2015 at Amnesia Rockfest 2015 (51 times total)

And there we have it! No surprise there on what the most played songs from this album are lol. Just like with Adrenaline, I'm glad they still give most of the songs on this album their due in recent years, although I hope they bring back Dai the Flu someday soon. Same with MX, I love that song

Hello there! I've started a new hobby of cataloguing the last time bands have played songs from their entire career live, and I've already done Breaking Benjamin and Thrice, and now I'm doing Deftones! This is all per setlist.fm so I apologize if this site is inaccurate or inconsistent. Also included along with the last times these songs were played is the total amount of times each song has been played.

Bored: June 29, 2025 at Crystal Palace Lake, London, England (666 times total)

Minus Blindfold: November 5, 2022 at Dia De Los Deftones 2022 (211 times total)

One Weak: July 28, 2015 at Lifestyle Communities Pavilion, Columbus, OH (101 times total)

Nosebleed: May 21, 2023 at Welcome to Rockville 2023 (562 times total)

Lifter: March 3, 2018 at Botánica 2018 (144 times total)

Root: April 28, 2022 at Isleta Ampitheater, Albuquerque, NM (822 times total)

7 Words: March 29, 2026 at Palacio de los Deportes, Mexico City, Mexico (1,150 times total)

Birthmark: November 2, 2019 at Dia De Los Deftones 2019 (345 times total)

Engine No. 9: November 16, 2025 at Corona Capital 2025 (895 times total)

Fireal: November 21, 2012 at Hollywood Palladium, Los Angeles, CA (127 times total)

Fist: March 25, 2001 at Manchester Apollo, Manchester, England (21 times total)

And that's a wrap on Adrenaline! It's awesome that this album still gets most of its songs played live 30 years later. Going into this I was curious how much of the album still got played in recent years just because they have 10 albums now so I was wondering if and how they fit songs from their debut lol, but it's cool that they still give this album it's due!
