Time nudging me right out of the game.

I know nobody here cares one damn bit, but I'm done playing on RedSec(Duos, Quads or Solos). I'm so done with being punished for having a damn good Internet connection. I watch the "TN" spike to 300ms and I know it's over. With this game's TTK below 300ms for half the guns, it only takes the server one push for me to have zero chance in most gunfights. I literally would need to be able to fire my weapon before I ever know my opponent is even there. And I'm just not that good.

And whatever changes or adjustments were made for Season 3 has made this problem so bad that I no longer enjoy playing. It honestly kinda pisses me off because I was enjoying playing this BR. I've NEVER liked BRs before, but, MAN! I was having a blast.

Anyway... If the devs or anybody at Dice pays attention to any of this stuff, I've posted several things showing the problem.

I typically have a 4-5 ping(LAT) with 2-4 fluctuation(LVAR) and ZERO packet loss, in and out. I'd love for you guys to shove everybody with a long over... say 50 into their own server and stop forcing the rest of us into a new time continuum to accommodate them.

Pretty much every player has experienced server and matchmaking issues since Season 3 was released as well. Obviously, you guys have some work to do. Good luck.

Sooo... A couple things. Especially the EFFING SERVERS!

First, Season 3 has brought with it some ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE MATCHMAKING or it screwed up the servers that I SHOULD be playing on(I live in Virginia, USA). And, that effing sucks and I don't understand how this can take so long to fix... WTAF!

Second, and this one's new for me...

Game settings change to some extent with every update, perfectly understandable considering the reality of "updates". However, once I've played a while and made changes to accommodate those updates, I shouldn't have to make changes EVERY EFFING DAY I LOG ON. I've had to change my controller settings each day because everything I did the day before to get back to my comfort level, is completely different the next day.

Now, it's entirely possible that this is purely a "me" thing, but, I've now gone thru my controller settings 3 days in a row because my control is very different this morning than it was last night after tweaking things off and on thru the day.

Again, this could be a "me" thing, maybe my sticks stiffened up over night or maybe my hands stiffened up overnight... IDK

Anybody else notice a difference the next day after making changes?

Anybody know WTH is going on the servers in the mornings?

Since the Season 3 release, it seems just this side of impossible to get into a decent server on the East Coast any time before noonish. Feels like I'm being routed to Europe! Have seen a LOT of player reporting of these issues in ranked play, but, seriously? How can this be happening at this point in development?

Netcode still needs work

This was the 3rd match in a row that this, or very similar, happened. It gets tiring. I'm not a great player, but, when things like this are so prevalent during regular gameplay, it's hard to enjoy the game. This is what chases people away more than all the "content" complaints.

Note my latency. It is VERY LOW. This fact is particularly frustrating for me because I used to deal with things like this because I had terrible Internet. Several years ago, I got lucky enough that the ONLY provider in my area used my property as a hub for their fibre upgrade and since then my connections are off the charts. I never have issues like this in any other games...

I've come to the conclusion that between the insane TTK and overly aggressive efforts to accommodate high ping players, I get screwed. From what I've been seeing, it seems that the sweet spot ping is between 30 and 60(ish). And, I would hope the algorithm is designed to work with "averages", but if often fella like it prioritizes high ping players, which results in this behavior.

I'll add a screenshot to show my ping from the network bar.

So, I just have to post this because I'm remarkably irritated. Whatever it is y'all did here "could contribute to some instances of players appearing to die behind cover"  helped absolutely nothing in my gameplay world. Dying behind cover has shown worse the past day than I've ever experienced. I was killed through a hill, yes!, a hill. Engaged in a gunfight with a player on the street below me while I was on the crest of a hill. First, he ate my bullets like they were candy, which is why I ended up needing to reload, I moved back from the crest, dropped to prone and began reloading... While reloading I took at least 2 more hits and died. All I could see on my screen was grass and the sky. This is the type of game behavior that chased me away from Battlefield 1 and kept me away until now. I really don't want to hate this game. If I'm showing a 4-5 LAT, I should NEVER register behind anyone on a lobby that averages 40-60. Please, just fix it.
