My SIL's sister is expecting her first baby at the end of October. I'd like to send her a knitted care package: I'm thinking something like a softie, a garment, and a blanket. It's been over 10 years since I last made a knitted care package. I'd like to know your favorite and most used knitted items! I'm interested in knowing both the pattern and/or yarn used.
