I'm a history major. Most of my books will either be free or dirt cheap. I seriously feel for the STEM students that probably need this program more than I do.

I was looking for a physical copy of a specific book because my e-book doesn't have page numbers and I needed them for a citation. I did a quick search on the library search, which told me that the book existed in the system, but was unavailable as of...2023. I took the book's possible location from the database, and wouldn't you know it, the book was right there! The information on these sites is probably accurate 90% of the time, but you never know what that 10% may hold for you. Also, if any school admin sees this or anyone familiar with the second floor of the library, what the heck is this constant high-pitched noise I keep hearing in here? I think it's coming from those "light-o-matic" things on the ceiling, but I have no clue what they're supposed to do. (Side note: Seeing 2006 as the most recent check-out stamp is insane! I'm sure they just stopped stamping since then, but the idea of this book not being touched in 20 years is fascinating to me)
