Why do they even bother displaying an estimated early arrival

Without fail a delay of 10 to 15 minutes minimum on this route, so I don’t know why the arrival times always seem to be so optimistic earlier in the route.

Also, this trip growing into a nearly 7-hour journey is so frustrating. The NEC upgrades can’t come soon enough. Or at least the Airo cars so the trip is a little more comfortable.

11 minutes from Bowling Green to Borough Hall—why?

Why? 20–25-minute headways are annoying enough (late night—around 12:15am early Friday morning), and then we move at a crawl. Is it track work? Something else?
