Hello, I will be going to Italy in the summer.

I want to ask, is it possible to officially drive a car (my own, rented, etc.) with a Ukrainian driver's license without an international drive permit?

Will it work if I make a certified translation? Is this certified translation made only in Italy, or can it be made in the Netherlands as well?
