STOP ASKING: "Can you explain this gap in your resume?"
My first inclination is to say "None of your business" But recruiters, you ALREADY know the answer.
"Have you SEEN the IT market in recent years?" or "AI"
IT sucks and its only going to get worse. It's time to let this question go.
