I am currently on a 3mm (glass, single flare plugs). It has been exactly 5 weeks with them. I previously had a 2.6mm in, and did that for about a month.

I bought some jojoba oil and have been applying it once daily.

I'm wondering if I fucked up because I previously tried dead stretching and did not do enough research prior. I believe I may have accidentally caused a microtear from the lack of research on the care involved.

I would assume sizing up to 3 mm was okay if there's no discomfort or pain. I recognize a month was probably too soon though.

Sorry if this is a bit of a ramble, just wondering if I'm doing okay with it.
