Variegated frydek is one of my favoutites alocasias, but I struggle every time to keep it healthy. This one is my second, for example, and it keeps growing a new leaf and letting the other one die. What can I do to prevent this?

Then, today I was looking at it and I found these little white spots with some spiderwebs. Can you tell me what they are? Sorry for the blurry photos, but it's difficult to photograph them. I really care about this plant, I don't want it to die 😭😭
