Question for those who might know:

EX Cyrus (Warrior) has "Genius," which reads:

• Add 50% of your own Phys. Atk. attribute to Elem. Atk. (including equipment attributes/the maximum value for each attribute takes effect).

There's also a Cascade Artifact, "Wise Warrior's Ballad," which reads:

• When equipped by a Warrior: Add 20% of your own Phys. Atk. attribute to Elem. Atk. (including equipment attributes/the maximum value for each attribute takes effect).

Will these two stack to 70%? It makes no mention of the usual 30% cap buff...
