I need advice regarding dual employment and BIR/payroll implications in the Philippines.

Here’s my situation:

I currently have an existing employer that I have not resigned from yet. Recently, I accepted a new job and they are asking for BIR Form 2305. The new company already knows I had a previous employer because I submitted my 2025 BIR/tax documents, but they do NOT know that I’m technically still active with the first company.
My goal is only to maintain both employments temporarily until the end of the year while I stabilize financially and let go of the 1st company by end of year. I’m trying to understand the actual risks and visibility from the HR/payroll side.

My questions are:

If I submit BIR Form 2305 to the new employer, will either company automatically know that I have another active employer?

What exactly can companies see through BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, or Pag-IBIG submissions?

I know there are ethical/company policy concerns involved, so I’m mainly asking from a practical HR/payroll/tax perspective and trying to understand what usually happens in real life.

Would appreciate guidance from HR people, accountants, payroll staff, or anyone who has experienced this personally. Thank you!
