You couldn't do that on tv today.
Usually when I hear someone say that, I just roll my eyes. You can do a lot more on tv today than you could in 1970s. But in this case, it might be true.

Laura is taking a bath and she is show bare chested. Not just the top of her shoulders, but her chest is shown. She 7 or 8, so she doesn't actually have anything to show, but it's still surprising that a girl of any age, would be seen on tv without a shirt on.
