Soulslikes where the attack animation matches the parry timing

I'm looking for games where if you focus enough you can react to the visual momentum of the attacks, and the physics of the attacks make sense.

Example: Dark Souls 1

  • Note: These games usually have a somewhat easier parry but a longer recovery if you miss, usually with a high cost.

What I'm NOT looking for are games where a lot of attacks have delayed momentum, like when an axe is swung upwards followed by a really long pause and a sudden attack. Or attacks that are so fast they can't be reacted to. Or where the attacks are not visually clear, and you can't tell if you're going to be hit by the weapon hilt or the end of the weapon.

Examples: Where Winds Meet, and to a lesser extent Sekiro

  • Note: These games usually have a very fast recovery on the parry, so the player can try to parry again if they miss.

When you give temperatures, do you give the kettle temp or the actual brewing temp?

When I pour from the kettle into a brewing vessel it loses about 5°C. So if I heat the kettle to 70°C, the actual brewing temp will be around 65°C.

When you say you brew a tea at a certain temperature, do you give the kettle temp or the brewing vessel temp?
