I have installed something that accidentally brought in a (crypto mining I think) virus into my computer that uses 90% of my cpu and comes back once in a while every time I end it in the task manager. When I try to delete it, I cannot because it’s hidden, and I cannot unhide it for some reason(shown in image). What can I do? Is my computer screwed?

Why is it that although I am the administrator on my windows laptop, I am unable to change the timezone in the control panel nor the settings and it asks me to ask administartor permission? It doesn't work either when I login on my device with my parent's account (I'm in Microsoft Family). Could it be because the manufacturing or retail company locked it? What can I do to change it? The error code goes as below:
