I got 2 hours and a half of sleep today (by the first time).
I waked up with a dry throat and with a "tripping" dream in the half sleeping half awake mode, not exacly a nightmare,that seemed very real when it was going on(all this probaly happened because im stressed recenly) and i didnt make it to sleep againm
My gym training gains from yesterday are probaly gone aswell my immune system,so i suppose it will be better if i stay home. Probaly the least amout sleep i ever got in my life. Do u guys relate to this situation?what to do to recover?i thinking about getting some sleeping pills
