Top Photo (1990) The 24-story Sheraton Harbor Place hotel, was once the city’s tallest building. Built in 1986, it ran into financial troubles changing names to Amtel Hotel, Ramada, and Ambassador Hotel before closing in 2008. The building was later purchased in 2015 and converted into the Campo Felice senior living facility.

Most recently, the building underwent significant renovations and rebranded as a high-end, all ages rental community, known as Edison Grand. Bottom Photo (2025)
