Does mentioning an intended travel date help? For applicants submitting their priority visa application in April and indicating September as their intended month of travel, would the visa officer take the September timeline into consideration even if the visa is approved earlier, so that the 90-day validity period does not begin before September? (I am aware that the 90 day rule no longer applies but this so that we don't have to make a third application)
