Restaurant struggling

Hey everyone, I help manage the Penn Station here in Raleigh off of Hillsboro street, the last few years the drop off from the college kids leaving has been astronomical. I recently got moved into a position where I can have a true impact on sales and guest satisfaction. I understand most of my clientele are going to the NC States students but come on it’s RALEIGH! Some of the best people live here and work in the area.

What could I personally do to bring some people in during these hard months? What would you as people honestly like to see more of to bring you in? I truly cannot control prices, but I’m trying my hardest to make everyone happy.
