
Restricted Account due to EUR Deposit
My account has been restricted and I cannot use my own money. I've deposited euros on 30th june and since that my account is being "reviewed" for "security reasons".
I haven't received none of the basic data, like:
- What exactly is the cause of my account's restrictions?
- How long will it take to perform this "review"?
- Can I contact any living person from Support?
- Can I simply provide confirmation for this transaction and where?
Instead I got this message:

What's even more outrageous, I tried to reach customer support from account. The Chat bot informed me, that because of restrictions, it cannot redirect me to a living person from a support. It did setup some ticket, but the only effect I saw is an email. With a ticket number.
So I'm left with no funds, no timeline to resolve it and extremely limited contact options.
I've never been treated like this by any exchange. It feels really bad.
