So I've been active again in answering surveys in grabpoint and now I have 6k points and am considering withdrawing it for the first time, I'm conflicted since I want to save up to 10k points to withdraw but some people here say that it's better to withdraw than to save up cuz some people can't withdraw or something happened to their account because they save up points too much.

I'm not even sure how I got suspended but, this happens when my friend msg me and then when I try to reply it asks me to take a photo of myself and yes that's what I did and after that my account was suspended because the photo I took and my profile picture is not the same ?? Like wth
So after I got suspended I appeal and provide a photo and an id for my appeal to go through and it's been 5 days.. all of my school stuff messages, gc, announcement, etc.. all of it are in this account and I can't communicate with them cuz my account was suspended..
