Hey, I’m a high school student trying to get stronger and improve my overall fitness. I’m looking for a good gym in the Silver Spring area. I’ve been going to Planet Fitness, but it’s usually way too crowded, so I’m hoping to find a gym with a better environment and more space. Any recommendations?
