Any thoughts on this Surepart/Partstrader implement?
I’ve been too busy to be able to add this to the daily workload. I’d rather get a slap on the hand than stay further behind. Planning to start getting in line middle of next week. Seems like it will double the time to work a file. I have a couple concerns without seeing what vendors pop up on it.
SF has been doing this since Covid and shops in my area will not accept their cars.
Weird how the training says to specifically not call the vendors to verify part accuracy and price.
Surely we’ll get reinspected if we do not utilize the “most cost effective insurance quality part” if there is one that pops up?
EPE doesn’t have to fall into line and use this cost savings tool? They continue to select what ever is cheapest regardless of if it’s the correct part or what so ever?
Anyone have any internal insights?
