All current team captains, is it worth it? I’m interviewing for this position today and have been so back and forth on if it’s something I want to do. I see all the horror stories and this whole new restructure is a smelly pile of horse 💩 so I’m not sure if I want to take it. I just want better pay. I already have full time but is the pay increase worth my sanity lol
