Nova cancelled my grant and award
Hi is this happening to anyone else? Nothing has changed with my fafsa so I am confused. I know novas system has been messing up lately
Spoke with financial aid office and they said they don’t know what’s going on like wth. They week of refunds UGHH
Edit: let me edit this for the guy that is not understand we are pass the census date, financial aid has already been adjusted. My financial aid has been pending no numbers have changed until I looked today and it says cancelled and my number dropped a significant amount NOT in sfp portal in pending financial aid in sis. That should not have happened as financial aid has already been adjusted since it’s way past the census date. Spoke with someone from chat on financial aid and they are not sure why it has either so I put in two tickets. Hope this helps clear up.
we ALL know the sfp portal isn’t accurate regarding financial aid disbursements.
