My Tsh has been elevated since last December but this past July it's 3.51 , I feel horrible my Doctor wants to put me on a low dose med 13 mcg , I haven't started yet I have lower iron , but I wanted to know if anybody has this and meds help? The fatigue is brutal! I know I can be hit with a double whammy from the lower iron
Too , but can sub clinical Thyroid cause you to feel so bad? I freeze all the time! Dry skin hair falling , the tiredness is the worse! I can't function, but the highest was 5.22

Also I have muscle pain

I took Xifaxan first treatment and I still was bloating but after 3 weeks it went away well my doctor wanted to do a second round , I wish I didn't , 6 weeks. Later I did another round and on the third day the bloating came back and I been off the second round 2 1/2 weeks. Does bloating last this long? Does it go away it did the first time but hasn't yet , I didnt know if it takes a while to go away, I have contacted my doctor , I was put on a mobility activator but I had to stop it was causing me gallbladder pain , haven't started the probiotics yet , anybody have been through this? And it took awhile to go away?

Ok this I just want some insight how should I act on this , I had a dream last night a young man in my dream told me his name , he didn't want me to forget it , so I repeat his name over and over and when I woke up , I knew I could not forget his name , I said it over again well I got up this morning., I wasn't thinking of the dream then all of sudden I remembered that name pop in my head! I google his name looking at pictures and boom I seen a guy that look just like him! I look further he pass in 2023 , so I look further he died of a intentional drug overdose, I was in shock because my son died the same way in 2019, they was around the same age , I look into this further and I seen his sister post a week ago she hope he would visit her in her dreams, what would you do with this information, do I contact his mother? Also I have dreams like this alot with my son I see alot and I seen my parents and my neighbor that pass..

I did my first round like 7 weeks ago from my GI Doctor and my Integrative Doctor wanted me to do a second round cause I was still having some symptoms, she said it almost always takes 2 rounds to get rid of it , I have hydrogen Sibo , first round I didn't have aniexty I had more like flu symptoms, this time I am having bad anxiety, I was taking the binders but I skip one dose of them yesterday at my gosh that evening I had the worst anxiety! Suppose to take 2 a day , my question is this die off? I am day 6 today will this go away? What more can I do to help this? It's awful
