Just bought a Hiby R3 ii 2025.
As the title says... Just bought one after a journey that includes echo mini, zape p30, flac on my phone and even using an old HTC phone.
Ended up with the Hiby.
Using Simgot EW300 with balanced cable... Sounds amazing. Big sound stage, great separation, huge bass and sub bass. Lovely for hip hop etc.
Also Audio Technics ATH m50x also on bladder but just for extra power as I would have to modify them to get real balanced. They sound great, boomy bass, great separation and good on all types of music.
Finally using Moondrop old fashioned on 3.5 mm for 80s and the like. They are airy, big sound stage amazing separation, just lack big bass.
All music is FLAC.
The operating system is brilliant. Simple to use and makes sense. Battery life of great, better than any I've used and the sound is better than any of the others. The zape is close, but it has way too many issues.
