Which schools in D20+21 should I avoid?

I’m currently at risk for being excessed from my current school. I would like to stay within district 20. Currently a first year first grade teacher. I know it’s unrealistic but i’d like to stay within first grade as well. Are there any recommendations for schools I should look into?
