Alright, had to take one for the team.

Ordered the VZN.1i / zero torque LAB rep off Temu. After promos, I was $68.64 all-in for the blue head, black ACCRA-branded shaft, 34”, Press Pistol 2° grip, and headcover.

It showed up today and first impressions are honestly better than I expected for something that cost less than a premium putter grip. 😂

Finish looks surprisingly clean, face/milling looks good, shaft enters the head cleanly, grip is straight, and nothing immediately screams “$68 Temu putter” when you’re actually holding it.

Obviously the real question is how it rolls and whether the zero-torque design actually behaves the way it’s supposed to. I haven’t had enough time with it yet to make any claims there.

Figured I’d get some detailed pictures up since I couldn’t find many real-world photos before ordering.
For $68.64, though? This should outperform my Temu DF3i 🤣 (Which is freaking amazing, btw)

My Out4lt order finally arrived!

Took about 39 days to reach Maryland, USA. Everything was packaged well and arrived in great shape.

Unfortunately it's raining here today, so I won't be able to get out and put them through their paces just yet. Looking forward to seeing how they perform once the weather cooperates.

Walked into a thrift store today and somehow walked out with an Alien Sand Wedge ($2) and a Shamrock 1-Iron ($4).

I wasn’t looking for clubs. I was looking for a million dollar putter 🤣, but I definitely wasn’t looking for these clubs.

The Alien looks like something that was engineered at 2 AM during a brainstorming session inside of my kitchen..., and the 1-Iron feels like a direct challenge to my self-esteem.

So now I’m curious:

Who here has actually played an Alien wedge?

And more importantly… has anyone hit a vintage 1-Iron well enough to willingly do it a second time?

For a combined total of $6, did I find two pieces of golf history, or just two reminders of why modern golf equipment exists?
