EGUSD School Board Candidate Kirk Thomson sure loves to use the “R Word” and other derogatory language.
Imagine running for school board and so freely using the "R" word (and using “gay” as a derogatory term). Our kids in EGUSD deserve better than a board member who would use this type of language - ESPECIALLY those kids with disabilities. It's extremely disheartening knowing that he's also the father of a kid with an IEP. How are we to trust that someone that has this level of disregard for what that word entails, can be someone who does the right thing by our most vulnerable kids?
