I'm new to Reddit. I'm a female. So, I've been looking for a good partner since 2024 and haven't found one. Well, one consistent problem is that they slow down the conversation and then either ghost or reject me.

Now, I've had enough and am frustrated. Rejection I can handle but disinterest and lack of open communication annoys me to the great extent. I also sometimes try to reach out constantly to have a communication and even have asked direct questions like if he is talking to other girls or not and continue the interaction. But never got a direct answer. See, I don't mind if they're talking to others but having clarity on it would be more respectful.

Is it just me or other women facing the same issue?

In Canada, I have experience of 1 year and almost 11 months as a shift Manager. So, in NOC B, teer 2 job. However, I heard that if I just get 1 or 2 months of foreign experience, my CRS score will increase as it would complete 2 years. So I don't need to spend a whole year in foreign country. Is that so? Or are there specific conditions for that ?
