Veins on feet

Hello,

When I got home and took my shoes off I realized how sore my feet were. When I looked at them, I noticed how the main veins looked a bit swollen and when I bent my toes, I saw all these little veins that look like spider veins/thread veins. This is the first time I've noticed my veins in my feet looking like this. Has anyone else on here experienced this?

I haven't been diagnosed with PCS or anything yet, but I'm going to be making an appt with a specialist soon. Thanks!

Hip Pain

Hi everyone! Does anyone else get hip pain and lower back pain on just one side? It gets worse after standing too long and also when getting up after sitting too long, and it gets worse as the day goes on. If you do get this pain, have you found anything to help?

20 Days Post Op Pain

Hi everyone! I'm 20 days post op laparoscopy. I've been having pelvic pains for over a decade now and my obgyn, my family, and I were almost certain it was endo. But they didn't find any endo during the surgery, just scar tissue, which they removed, increased vascularity, and vericose veins.

I'm having a good amount of pain and a pulling sensation in my stomach currently. My recovery has been pretty smooth so far, besides the fatigue. Today was my first day back at work... I do activities in assisted living for seniors. I put myself on light duty (my dr/surgeon said only 2 weeks of light duty, but with how I'm feeling, I thought it would be smart to continue it). So today, I took it pretty easy...I limited how much i walked, didnt lift, push, or pull anything too heavy, and limited my bending. I had a tugging/ pulling sensation in my stomach all day, as well as a bit of stomach pain. But now that I'm home relaxing, the pain is worse (muscle-like pain), I'm really bloated, really tired, and I feel like my insides of my stomach are trying to be pulled out. I've also been having really bad brain fog the past few days... like forgetting what I was saying mid- sentence. It also doesn't help that I dusted my period a couple days ago. Has anyone felt similar to this at this point of recovery?

Itching/rash

Hello everybody! I had my laparoscopy 11 days ago and the healing journey has been going pretty well...except a couple days ago I started getting itchy around my incisions. I didnt think much of it at first because I thought it was just the incisions healing. But now theyre getting really red and itchy and I'm starting to get little blister like bumps randomly around the incisions. I'm pretty sure its an allergic reaction to the surgical glue. I've been taking benadryl, using an ice pack, and have been putting lotion around the area to try to help with itching, but it doesnt do a whole lot. For those of you who have had something similar to this happen, what did you do to help with the itching?
