Tastiest strain

Recently grew Banana Purple Punch auto & it was one of the tastiest strains I've ever had. So I'm looking for recommendations of similarly tasty strains to try grow next time please?

Why only twice a week for vaginal oestrogen tablet?

I finished the 2 week loading dose of vaginal oestrogen (Vagifem tablet 10mg) last week & reduced to twice a week as indicated. Of course my cooch is thirsting for the stuff since. Who decided that 10mg twice a week was enough? It seems like an arbitrary prescription, a bit like the patches, does anyone know why it is only indicated for twice a week? Likewise does anyone know how common it is to need & be prescribed more of it than that?

Experiences of vaginal oestrogen with no systemic HRT

I am going through it with the genitourinary symptoms of perimenopause in the last few months. Just had antibiotics for a UTI & back at the docs because the perineal & rectal pain just won't quit, also have burning vagina of course. Anyway I mooted vaginal oestrogen & she wrote me a prescription for Vagifem. Now having had no symptomatic relief from HRT, I don't know how much faith to put in it. Please tell me your experiences with Vagifem, if it helped or if you used something else with it that made it work better etc. Particularly interested in hearing from people who have had no relief from HRT but did or did not experience some relief via vaginal oestrogen.

Also, interested in how people cope with regard to thrush, as I'm typically prone to yeast infections & am concerned that the Vagifem may make me more likely to get them.

EDIT: I think I have overly tightened pelvic floor muscles (was pregnant at 20, had pelvic floor exercises frightened in to me by the antenatal midwife) so thankfully no incontinence or leakage 🙏 But I think in some ways the tightness is making all the ongoing vaginal, perineal, rectal pain and the going to the toilet pain a hell of a lot worse.

Emergence of Endo during perimenopause

Has anyone experienced the onset of endometriosis during perimenopause? I will be 50 later this year, had peri symptoms for 7 years +. I was investigating if Endo was the cause of all my extreme pain woes but gave up (at the end of last year) on the fractured Irish health system due to being messed around repeatedly. Nevertheless, I had a hugely distressing flare up this week that hasn't quite gone and has me in a permanent state of nervous system firing skew ways alongside the horrendous pain. I've got pretty bad perimenopause symptoms too, but HRT didn't work out for me when I tried it previously so am out here rawdogging ostensibly. Anyway just wondering if anyone here was diagnosed with endometriosis, particularly having traumatising experiences anytime you need to empty your bladder/bowel on top of extreme pelvic pain, at this stage of life and if so how did you manage it?

Extreme ovulation pain & urinary symptoms

Genuinely thought I was gonna have to go to hospital last night the pain was so excruciatingly awful & I kept nearly passing out. It was ovulation pain (mittelschmerz) but also burning lightning pain through my bladder and butthole. Going to the toilet to pee was just indescribable. Thankfully when I started trying to go to sleep the burning pain receded and it reverted to just needing to empty my bladder every 40-90 minutes (too much pressure so can't ignore) which is something I've experienced many times during mittelschmerz but not for ages. What a pox. Still having extreme mittelschmerz today but I think (hope) the burning pain that was making me feel faint has gone. I haven't had a really bad bout of mittelschmerz in maybe a year or so l, but this has taken me quite by surprise.

Has anyone experienced this or anything similar?
