These 4-5:30am mornings are killing us.. please help?

Images shown are typical day/nights of our daughter recently.. She's 10.5 months and I think she's possibly getting 2-4 teeth on the top coming through. Sometimes she wakes up completely sobbing and clutching at her mouth and sometimes she's straight up inconsolable with it. However, she used to sleep wonderfully, asleep through the night since she was 2 months with maybe 1 resettle but recently it's been quite often a struggle of a night time. 😅 Sometimes difficult to put to bed, needs resettling often and well... The early morning wakes ups.

What isn't helping is the fact that she outright refuses my husband to settle her, and he's just given up at his point so it relies on me to do majority of everything when it comes to her sleep and I'm shattered and becoming quickly miserable

The main thing is the early mornings.. how do we get her to sleep in a bit later? 😮‍💨 She woke up at 4:43am today.

We tried to use chat gpt, and tbh we feel it's ruined what her sleep used to be like, because we tried to fix the fact that sometimes she took ages to get down of a night time, (but she had no resettling needed once she was down..) and tried to find a way to help that. But now I feel it's completely backwards in progress 🤣

We are having to put her to bed early due to her naps.. I don't want to seem like I'm complaining, as I understand a lot of parents don't get this much sleeps but for us, we aren't used to this so it's killing us 😅

Any advice is welcomed!

Thank you
