Broken Transaxle
Hello, I'm a little frustrated on what to do. I have attempted all of the local shops and no one is either willing or able to help me.
I have a Husky / MTD Model (13A0673G131)
The issue is the entire top of the transaxle looks like it was hit by a meteor. And it has sat for far to long and appears to be organically welded. I'm not intending on using this to mow, I want to use it to pull my carts and other lawn equipment around the yard.
What is the most practical solution? Electric conversion? A chain? It seems impossible to find a bolt on donor engine from another mower due to it being from 1998. I have looked everywhere within a 50 mile radius and there aren't any donors for sale or even parts for that matter.
What the most affordable way to get the thing moving and pulling. Everything else on it runs nice.
The model of Transaxle is a MTD Model:618-0163B
