I’m a rising freshman going to UMD and I’ve always had an interested in chemistry and law so I really want to do patent law. However I’ve been hearing that chemical engineering is more desirable for patent law as it has a wider breadth of knowledge… should i switch to chemical engineering? and also for patent law specifically, how important is gpa when when applying to law school, especially if a BS is a lot harder than a BA?
