Bound to lose a client - Need Advice from Legal VAs
Hello. I am working a Admin Assistant in this botique Law Firm. I was asked to set a meeting between my workmates (the paralegals) plus the Atty. boss (di ako kasali sa meeting). To be fair, the other 2 work mates aren't also included kase syempre we all have our own tasks to work on.
Syempre dahil zoom link ko yung binigay ko sakanila, nakakarecieve ako ng meeting summary. At Aba naman, doon ko nalaman na balak nilang mag hire ... "to replace [My Name]'s current role"... like woah!
Alam ko naman sa sarili ko na I gave my best for this firm, even had my brother help them build their website. Pero yea, just like all the other stories here...kahit umiyak iyak pa tayo, sadyang replaceable tayo sakanila.
Wala pa naman sinasabi saakin yung boss ko, but I have to be prepared. Currently, I'm working for two direct clients pero napapaisip ako if mag apply na ba ako sa mga agencies para mas secured?
