Sharing Reports: Supplier domain with all users

Hey All,

My company doesn't have a procurement department. As such, all users have the ability to create requisitions. Therefore, all users need to know whether the PO that gets created is going to be automatically emailed to the supplier via the Purchase Order Issue option, or whether they will have to send the PO manually.

The only way for them to see this information is if they have a report for it. We've created a report for it, but for them to see it, all users need to be added to the Reports: Supplier domain. My question is - is this a security risk? Would this allow all users to see stuff they shouldn't be able to see? I've done some looking at the different reports that this surfaces, and we could hide those reports manually and then create a custom copy of them for the users who still need them, but I'm pretty new to doing security and granting all users visibility into this domain still makes me nervous.

Open to all suggestions.

Thanks!

How to share Find Suppliers with a certain user group without sharing Find Supplier Duplicates.

Hey All,

I need to share the Find Supplier report with a user group, but do so without sharing the Find Supplier Duplicates. Find Supplier Duplicates includes last 4 of banking info, so don't want this user group to be able to see that.

Basically - Find Supplier sits under the Reports: Supplier domain, but that domain contains a bunch of stuff that I don't also want to give to this user group - I just want to give them Find Supplier. I can create a custom report of Find Supplier, but that still uses the same underlying data source, which itself sits under the Reports: Supplier domain.

Is there a way for me to do this?

Thanks!
