what should i do?

i am currently making a singapore mod and working on the communist branch. its all going very well but the only problem is that other than lai teck (the british triple agent that you need to get rid of to continue the branch), there is nobody with an actual image. for example cai baiyun, party secretary in 1936, is extremely difficult to find sources on him let alone an image. what can i do to remedy this problem? use ai to generate an image then make that image into a portrait?
