I am in the process of creating an early engagement/early mobility program for patients on ECMO at my facility. I was looking to see if anyone had any experience with these programs. I am looking for advice on indications, contraindications, lab values, what works and doesn’t work at your facility, and things you have learned. Anything that makes your programs most successful would be great to hear.
