My first real project, an oven mitt! First time sewing rounded corners and only the second thing I've made (first was a drawstring bag out of an old pillowcase). A couple of mistakes with the pocket being upside down and the opening where you turn it inside out not closing properly but overall I'm quite pleased! 😁 Husband chose the fabric to stand out but as I'm a marine biologist/ ecologist I couldn't say no. Excited to join the community, I love seeing everyone's posts! 😊
