Seeking for Advice and opinions
Hello Expats, I have been working with this company (x) let me not mention it for 1yr and 9 months now under my agency. My contract was 2yrs which I signed for working in company (x) through my agency, so the problem is company x has terminated my agency contract even before finishing the 2yrs since we have remained with 3months to complete the contract. So right now my agency called me and told me on 31st May is when we will be canceling all the documents between you guys working on company x through us and they told me that we will refer you guys to the other agencies of your choice to continue working with company x which they did, and the other agencies called each and every one us to send the offer letter so you sign for any you like. So I want an advice here since the work in company x feels of no growth either in promotion and salary wise and there's no experience since the work is always the same. I have always been thinking of quitting to search for another one which is atleast better than this or to quit and focus on the projects that I have been planning to do on order to upgrade myself but the situation right now is not fair and plus the job search during this situation has become tough. So guys what do you think I should do, should I sign in the other agencies like I select one of my choice and continue with the work or should I quit and face the struggles until I get a better place because at company x is not easy because I always feel that place is toxic to me. Advice me.
