Great Park Experience Yesterday & Steel Vengeance
I saw a few comments yesterday talking about how bad of an experience they had at the park so I figured I’d mention my complete opposite experience. Showed up with the family about 4:00 and we had a great time. Wife took the little kid and I took the older kid. Wife reported having a great time and no issues with any of the little kid rides. Older kid and I had a blast hitting a few different rides and a couple coasters. The park was clean and everyone we ran into was friendly. Honestly, the worst part of our experience yesterday may have been the people in front of us in the drink line who took forever, arguing who was going to pay for their drinks!
Specifically, we hit Steel Vengeance towards the end of the day. Older kid was not tall enough to ride it last year and I hadn’t ridden it since it was Meanstreak. First, they had that ride operating smoothly. People were getting on and off super fast and every train was full. I honestly don’t think the ride operators could have done a better job. Second, holy shit! What an amazing ride! We both absolutely loved it! As soon as we got done, she yelled, “we need to go do that again right now!” Can’t wait to take her back and do the other 52 inch coasters!
