Is this mold?

(Sorry for photo quality I have a bad camera) Context: this is on the ceiling above my shower. I cannot remember if this was here when I moved in (New build and I’m the first to live here) but in some parts of the ceiling there’s this bright blue stuff as you can see. It’s only a couple patches above my shower as mentioned. The last photo is under one of the shelves in the shower. The weird texture on the bottom was like that brand new, but there’s also a couple blue spots that are hard to see now. I always have my bathroom fan on, lots of circulation and I clean my shower regularly. I also live in a very dry climate. If this is mold, how do I clean it?

I had a horrific infestation that lasted all of last year and cost me thousands of dollars trying to treat/manage it and considering all of the items I lost. And it destroyed me mentally.

I ended up moving because of it, I was so careful, I sealed everything and cleaned everything before putting it away in my new place. lots of things are still sealed in airtight bags AND in gasketed bins.

It was going so well for 5 months, and today I found an adult in my closet. I had a meltdown. I finally thought it was over. It took me so long to clean everything and it feels like I have to start back at square one. I have contamination OCD so the first infestation completely ruined my life and mental health.

Just wanted to vent because no one in my life understands how this is for me. If you’ve been through it you understand. I don’t know what i’m going to do next 💔I’m completely lost

I moved a few months ago from a place that had an infestation, I threw away most things and cleaned every single article of clothing I own before storing those things in my new place. I still have shoes and purses that I don’t know what to do with (all sealed in bags) some of which I have found larvaes in. It was a BAD infestation, I found larvae’s in everything, even things people say they don’t eat.

Today I found an adult in my new place and had a meltdown. How do I store my shoes, purses and vulnerable items to protect them? I have been using plastic which is bad for clothing and things as it yellows them but idk what else is AIRTIGHT to keep the beetles out.

Any advice is appreciated. I’m so gutted and devastated and I truly cannot go through this again.
