So I got hacked at 7PM EST, the video game scam one, after spending most of my night reworking passwords and making a second discord account, I try and submit a ticket through that account. I can't use my original email since every time i try and get a help desk password there's an issue with the two factor verification (And no I don't have any backup codes).
I've still got access to the email that the original discord account was tied to but I'm just at a loss of what to do next. I've tried submitting a ticket with a secondary help desk account but that hasn't seem to have done anything, in terms of showing up in the ticket que.
