I've been looking at a few Assetz projects and came across bad reviews questioning their construction quality. I'm not sure how much of this is true.
Anyone here actually living in an Assetz project or bought from them? How has the construction quality and overall experience been?
I've been using a DrinkPrime water purifier for almost 3 years now and I'm on their unlimited plan.
In between, I've asked them multiple times about replacing the filters, but they always say it's not time to replace them yet.
Since I'm on the unlimited plan, the app also doesn't show how many litres have been consumed, so I have no way of knowing when the filter is due for replacement.
Whenever the service person comes, they usually just take out the filter, clean it with tap water and put it back.
Is this how it works for everyone? How often does the purifier filter actually need to be replaced? And is there any way for us to know when a filter needs replacement instead of just depending on what the service person says?
